“생존과 극복을 향한 두 사람의 몸의 대화”

제목 ‘Tete-A-Tete’는 머리를 뜻하는 단어인 ‘Tete’에서 파생된 둘만의 사담을 의미한다. 동 시대를 반영한 작품으로 팬데믹, 재난, 전쟁과 같이 붕괴된 사회 안에서 생존과 극복의 희망적 인 메시지를 경쾌한 리듬과 미니멀한 움직임으로 풀어낸 듀엣 작품이다. 제목의 의미와 이미지 처럼 두 인물은 신체의 머리를 맞대어 서로 몸을 의지하며 유쾌한 몸짓으로 삶을 극복해나간 다. 2020년 초연 이후 무대공연, 온라인 실황, 거리공연, 드라이빙씨어터 등 다양한 공연 형태 로 작품을 변주해 일반 관객과 소통 지점을 발견해나가고 있다.

“Two people's body dialogue toward survival and overcoming”

The title ‘Tete-A-Tete’ is derived from the word ‘Tete’, which means head, and means a private conversation between the two. At the same time, It is a work that reflects the generation and hopes for survival and overcoming in a collapsed society such as pandemic, disaster, and war. It is a duet work that unravels the message with light rhythm and minimal movement . Like meaning of the title , the two characters put their heads together, lean on each other, and overcome life with delightful gestures. Since its premiere in 2020, various performances such as stage performances, online live performances, street performances, driving theaters etc. with the general audience by changing his work in the form of a performance.
