"Jump!"

"도약의 몸짓으로 삶의 순간을 뜨겁게 날아오르다.”"

제목 ‘1℃’는 삶의 상승과 하강의 연속성 사이에 경계를 긋는 온도의 표현이다. 작품 속 세 명 의 여성들은 도약과 낙하를 반복하며 정체된 순간들의 덫을 극복해나가며 삶에 대한 의지와 열 망의 메시지를 던진다. 장면은 도약경기의 제자리-멀리뛰기, 높이뛰기, 장대높이뛰기의 흐름으 로 구성되며 신체적 운동성과 오브제가 결합해 표현된다. 2020년 초연 이후 서울세계무용축제 SIDance, 에어로웨이브즈 스프링포워드 페스티벌, 동아시아플랫폼 등 국제적인 무대에 선보 인 작품이다.

"“Soaring through life’s moments with the gesture of leaping. "

The title ‘1℃’ is an expression of the temperature that draws a boundary between the continuity of life’s rise and fall. The three women in the work repeatedly leap and fall, overcoming the trap of stagnant moments and sending a message of will and desire for life. The scene is composed of the flow of jumping competitions - long jump, high jump, and pole vault - and is expressed through a combination of physical movement and objects. Since its premiere in 2020, this work has been presented on international stages such as the Seoul International Dance Festival SIDance, Aerowaves Spring Forward Festival, and East Asia Platform.
